Carmen is a triple room on the ground floor of the building, with its own bathroom and a large shower. There is a fridge and a kettle for breakfast, air conditioning with a filter, and a television. Piazza Bra is four minutes away on foot.

- Every unit is cleaned and ozone-treated immediately after guests leave
Deposit and cancellation
A deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due seven days before arrival. Cancel more than seven days before arrival and the deposit is refunded in full. The Arena Penthouse is booked by phone under the same terms. For group stays we agree the payment schedule and amounts when we send the quote.
